The Glencoe club in Calgary was the host of the largest Racketlon tournament this season, 113 players among them 24 women spread in 6 categories. To see the completed draws, Jeremy Easterbrook showed why he is near the top of the Canadian ranking by defeating top badminton player Brian Moody and top squash player Danny Shannon. Very impressive was also the fact he lost only one sport in 4 matches. On the Women’s side, Diane Hutchison a top squash player, survived her encounter with #1 seed Line Bellerose from QC in the semis on her way to a close win over Kathy Ann Conquergood. Both are likely to make a surge for the top of the Canadian ranking. A big thank you to the Glencoe team for this great event, your club is truly a great venue for racketlon.
